Just to clear this up, I have checked the part numbers for the solid TT rear wishbone bushes sold on ebay and also the ones sold from VW spares and these ones CLICKY are the correct ones.

Part number 8N0 407 181 B

The whole Leon range has webbed bushes, the ONLY model in the WHOLE VAG range that has solid rubber bushes is the MK1 Audi TT roadster

Ah didnt know that, like I say everywhere seems to list the solid ones for LCR and same ones for TT, I only have experience of the LC ones which are defo webbed and I fitted the solid ones off VWspares lol

How long would it take to remove the wishbones, press out the bushes and press in new ones, then refit?

Is there a guide anywhere that could help out or is it as simple as removing the 2 bolts through the bushes and undoing it from the strut?
What else needs to be done??

Theres a guide with pictures in my readers rides thread. To remove the wish bones with the car jacked up would take 5 minutes. To press out the bushes with all tooling there best 5 minutes, worst 1 hour.
To refit the wish bones 5 minutes

I bought a used pair of lower arms pressed and burnt the old bushes out.

I then had them powder coated and fitted powerflex bushes.

I bought the arms of a member for £40 so if anyone wants my old arms to do the same they can have them for the same money.

Any more info on undoing the wishbone near the strut, are there 3 bolts you need to undo?
Do you need to mark them or is it just a case of undoing?

I didn’t bother marking them as I fitted new ball joints at the same time.

You will need a geo alignment check after you have changed your bushes so they will set the camber at the same time.
