Try e mailing them, they are usually out most of the day and they reply to your emails as late as 10.30pm in my experience. Arranged my remap with them that way and it worked a treat. I understand that they are pretty busy at the moment, worth hanging on though.

Thanks for offering, bellautos, but there's no need to put more pressure on the lads. I'm very keen to have it done but not desperate and I'm sure this is a hard time of the year for them
