I'd really like to have a in-car PC as it'd be really easy for me to get a build for the boot, never really worked out in the Leon though where the screen can go - how you putting the touchscreen in the dash, guessing you'd have to try and make something or use a pop-out screen?

Not quite worked out how you get the audio to go to all the speakers either? Output on the PC will be 3.5mm jack?

if you run a soundcard or surround sound motherboard just use the jack plugs in the back soldered to leads up front

maplins do em in bare basic form so nothing some solder and heat wouldnt cure

If you have no sunroof?? you could use a fold down roof mounted monitor as alternative, can get em bigger dimensions then of course ;)
