Car Judders/No pull when floor it??

Hi guys,

I just got myself a cupra and when you put your foot down further than 3 cm the car struggles to pull away with any good power...If you floor it it pops and judders almost like its being flooded? If i put the throttle down a cm or 2 it pulls like a train and flys and dont understand why. Also the temp gage reads 0 (far to left on temp dial) when on motorways in traffic it raises to the normal 70 degress but the guy i got it from said it may be due to the direct cold air feed, taking loads of freezing air in he said may make the car think its being started from cold so is engaging the automatic choke???? Reall concered and worried about it, like i said put the gas down a cm or 2 and the car flys very fast any further it pops, hudders and trys pulling of but struggles????????????????????????

might have vac leak boost leak or try using vagcom

thermostat is knackered and thats why temp not rising maybe.

coilpack is on its way out and thats why its juddering under load.
