Capping brake lines

Im taking the car off the road for a week as I have a list of jobs to do.

One of the main items on the list is to remove the Brembo callipers, strip them down and rebuild with new seals.etc and paint.

As I will be removing the callipers from the car completely for a few days I dont want the hydraulic fluid to slowly drain itself, im wanting to cap off the brake line from where it has been removed from the calliper...... so far I'v had no ideas!

Anyone done this before, or have any ideas?

Thanks!

Sorry to hijack the thread, but you might have inadvertently helped me with my imminent dilemma! :)

Can I just check, brake fluid is lethal stuff and will eat through anything it's not supposed to. Is it specifically latex that it doesn't react to?
