Can anyone tell me what this delightful noise is?

2020 Ateca 2.0 DSG.

Backstory - can went for MOT. Passed with flying colours. Drove 5 mins and accelerated onto motorway, car wouldn’t change gear then started to make this noise ever since. Seems to be worse when cold. Car has also recently started getting the dreaded dsg limp mode so I know mechanics unit is failing or now failed… car still drives but sometimes goes into manual mode instead of gearing up ( car is still in d mode and not touched) I have to flick it to m and back to d for it to fix it. Car also clicks when reversing. Noise only happens when driving and not stationary/ reving engine. Cars under warranty and it’s already had a new clutch/ flywheel. Just thought I’d ask before it goes for diagnostics next week.
Had no end of problems with it since I got it so really not fussed what the issue is 😂 thanks! *****ATTACHED NOISE

Well I've been fine with Vag DSGs in 20 years of history with them on two cars. Was the car new or secondhand and abused by somebody. I'd get it sorted out under warranty. If you aren't happy with a Seat dealer change them to another.
I’ve been fine with my other 2 dsg cars but they were Skoda so imagined I’d not have a problem. It was a disability car before me 1 owner. It’s had flywheel and clutch done under warranty, the digital dash has a dead pixel line in it but
You can only see it at a certain angle so not fussed. Central locking is crap. Locking itself when door is closed. Even locked with keys in once. Not enabled in settings so it’s a woreing
Issue. And now the mechatroncs unit plus this noise issue. Just one thing after another… only had it 2 years with 53k miles on clock

DQ380 gear box so you could check what the others were. Generally considered reliable. I don't trust those people that up the power from the engine and expect the gear box to cope with it.

Not had problems with central locking. Mind you I think the build quality can go down with time from the initial production vehicles. Had a ZX where the central locking was an issue. Any past coding on the car can lead to issues. Depends whether the disability driver was into tinkering away from the delivery spec 🫣.
