My front tyres have done exactly the same. Worn them down within 2 months haha. next time i get new tyres i think i will ask them to do the camber aswell haha.

camber is set using the shock-hub carrier mount bolts, if they are rusted they will not adjust much, unbolt them completly and clean and tidy them, the other bit mentioned, the balljoint mounts arent really adjustable. im baseing this on all orignal parts from a 96 pre facelift, if your cambers out by miles on one side id guess that the cars been hit and bent the hub carrier, its the suspensions weakest point on these cars, get another one from the scrapyard and swap them, if it doesnt work its only £20.

I even just checked this in autodata, thats how its done, top of the hub carrier.
