For anyone that doesnt know 8v'rs this is important and can prevent a whole load of running issues.
On the 8 valve engines you need to time up the distributor pulley (edit; i believe this is only engines with the dizzy on the front ie not on the top/side of the engine) also, as well as the usual cam and crank pulleys.
If this isnt done and the distributor pulley is out of line you can get the 5k limiter issue, and like my car, dire terrible running like you have a one litre corsa!
Make sure the garage knows this, basically so they line up to TDC on cam and crank, and then line up the marks present on the top of the crank pulley with the mark on the distributor pulley.
