Hi you need 2 special tools:) 1 locks the crank in a set position and the other locks the back of the cam pulley you can then loosen the three 13mm bolts on the vernier and tension the cambelt before re-tightening the 13mm bolts hope this helps

Dont mean to be rude here but should have you be doing this yourself if you are asking this?
Yes you need to lock the crank with a special tool, but you can line and lock the cam pully using a 6mm drill bit. Sounds ilke you have it running though, so small adjustments will be required, take it to a specialist who will finish it off for you.

The three 13mm bolts are only for ease of getting timing belt on, lock your and crank and camshaft, loosen 13mm bolts, fit new belt, tension belt up according manufactures guide, retighten 13mm bolts, remove locking tools and turn engine twice clockwise and check if timing marks are aligned, i hope this helps!!!!!!!!!!!

hi forgot to mention if you have replaced the camshaft you will also need to adjust the rocker arms to the injectors is a bit tricky if your not a technician so probably best taken to a seat dealer
