Likewise, that final render is awesome! Good work you've got a real talent there!

from the original sketches i was torn between 2 and 3... 2 had a better overall shape for a hatch but 3 had a more aggressive front end and i really liked the lines from the lower bumper that ran over the wheel arch and up the door... much like the current Leon does. 2 had too much of a civic type r to its bumper and lower grilles for my liking.

the roadster is very good though, loving the lines and shape. Maybe it could work with a Boc esque nose as well... dunno...

I prefer the one on the left, has more of an aire of refinement whilst keeping that aggressive look. Top work!

On your uncoloured sketches of that I'm seeing Z4 front side on, Bocenegra front wings, Ford Cougar rear end....... maybe it's my imagination.

However you have some great skills there.

Do like the look of the car side on, just not so sure that it would be a SEAT as the budget nature of the brand and it wouldn't be allowed to push the boundaries into aspirational cars by VW/Audi.

Would love to see what it would like with some realistic lines, ie actual lines that may be manufactured.

ha some good imagination even i didnt think of that! and by realistic lines what do you mean? if you see most concepts are put into production because the time is ''ready'' to introduce stronger lines etc, mazda and pug are doing so with their new cars, ford has made the new fiesta which introduces a new benchmark in styling for hot hatches.
the japs which are going to bring the new celica looks almost identical to the concept. citroens new DS3 which features lots of edges and lines, bold lights big grille and vents, on top with a floating style windscreen.

you will be seeing cars which will look more dramatic as standard than your average symmetrical and parallel lines i can garantee that ;)

ive got an update, shadows, highlights, wheels, lights, windscreen shopped:

thngs still left to do, front air intake grilles, more reflections glossier finish

I agree that cars are getting more interesting but the cost for setting up the tooling will get hit by the bean counters and therefore not every sketch line will get implemented. (Remember the world recession).

I would strip the sketch back to the major concept lines and then render that, removing the minor later sketched lines.... (If I had the skills that you have) :D

Ps that last one you have done can you re-render in that mad purple colour you used earlier....... IMHO that would look awesome in that colour... That purple really grabs the attention..

Ford have lime green and asbo orange.....
Vauxhall have a chavy blue.
SEAT have lime green and Yellow, however that purple would really set it apart from all other manufacturers

am afraid i dont have the time to re-render.. how ever the final product will be a toned down version. am starting to build a clay 1/8 scale model next week! so i need to get this final version done, i dont want it to look too boring, as the brief is, the car is for 2 years time dont forget, anyone know the new supercar made my ZENVO?
heres a pic:
http://www.rsportscars.com/zenvo/2010-zenvo-st1/pictures/

as for the lights being too small, this is deliberate to make the arches appear more bulkier and the over all shape of the car seem abit bigger. my key words for this car is based on, dynamic (like an arrow the car points forward, then imagine the air resistance flowing around that arrow at speed), organic (like a leaf, the veins running underneath resembles the swoops and lines) and athletic (muscular kenetic design). as long as the car fits in

and the purple version yes, i already have one done :)
