I'd look for all the normal stuff on a car of that age but niggles and specifics for the tdi130 I can think of and have happened to mine are:

Torquey engine so expect worn engine mounts, feels like play in the drive train in the lower gears.
Clunking from the suspension, expecially the rear, not uncommon, usualy bushes or topmounts.
Vibration/groaning from the engine under load, usualy rattling intercooler pipe (see respective post in this forum).
Tempremental immobilizer, sometimes stops you from starting car. Sometimes diagnosed as a failed dash unit which can be £££ to replace.
Rattles from the interior - it's an Ibiza.

Erm... anyone else?

crawley
fogged up headlamps
windnoise from the mirrors doors
rattly boost pipe on fuel filter housing

squeeky chairs

not really alot more to look into apart from the obvious things when buying a new car like

uneven tyre wear
clunking rear springs
ect

not that much really, any car owners forum could give you countless faults that are found. if u get stuck in the FAQ area there is a common faults list

You can get 17" alloys and and the strut brace as dealer fit options as they're Seat accessories, so technically it's correct.

No the original 130 Sports had 16" wheels as standard.

And for a while after the Mk4 was launched Seat offered a decent sports suspension kit, but stopped selling it after a while.

How many miles has it done ?

Remember to check for full dealer history (to be reasonably sure the right oil has been used, it's vital). And cambelts are due at 60k.
