They won't, the dates for WTCC and BTCC are exactly the same date at the moment. ie they clash on the weekend of Sept 20-21

But the WTCC calendar is expected to change, its already been pencilled in that the Brands date for WTCC will swap to May. Valencia in Spain will swap dates with Brands.

To quote the WTCC series promoter boss.

"Valencia was not very successful in May, so it may swap with Brands Hatch," he said. "I like Brands Hatch, and I think it would be a good place for us to start the European leg of our season."

2008 calendar revised

A revised 2008 Dunlop MSA British Touring Car Championship calendar will see Snetterton and Oulton Park switch dates in July.

At the request of the circuits’ owner MotorSport Vision, Snetterton, in Norfolk, will now host rounds 16, 17 and 18 on Sunday 13 July.

Rounds 19, 20 and 21 will follow two weeks later at Oulton Park, Cheshire on Sunday 27 July.

The Brands Hatch finals weekend will now be held on the Indy Circuit, instead of the Grand Prix circuit as was originally intended.
