Brought a k03s....

ive just picked up a k03s for £120

apart from an exhaust, sport cat, fmic, TIP, filter and new gaskets, what else should i source ready for the conversion??

what about a 4bar pressure regulator, is this a must?
anything else?

any help appreciated, thanx

I think everyone uses 4 Bar FPR when going K03s, i know i did. Then obviously a remap of some sort. I found mine was much better on REVO stage 1 than stage 2 when my K03s was on , but custom is best.

do the 4bar FPR's come off the LCR's?
i was thinking of taking it to revo, is this usually the best place, as they must of mapped a fair few for k03s conversion and know the ins and outs!

any usual problems that i may come across, either when doing the conversion or with the running of the car after its complete!

Revo is a generic map and not specificly for the k03s although you can slightly customize it with the SPS3, if you are getting the rest of the mods to go with the k03s id deffinatly take it to a custom mapper as there isnt much of a price differance between them and revo maybe £150? and you`ll be sure a better power results. Mine will be going up to jabba when the wallet allows! most jabba cars produce around 250bhp where as revo stg2 end up around the 235/40bhp.

be sure to secure the boost pipe to the turbo with soeme jubilee clips mine popped off when giving it some.

Iam not sure what cars run 4 BAR as standard.

REVO is a generic map and not custom, there is more to be hd with a custom map, and they are similar price so it would be daft to get a generic over a custom map.


The turbo's are fiddley to install, but other than that, is a straight swap.
