Thanks everyone for a fantastic day, it was great to meet everyone again and hopefully the mayhem will continue on without Seat Sport UK. Pics are being uploaded now, so will share them once they're done. :)

According to the Seat Sport site....

'The Honda Integra tapped the front of the Leon TDI and speared off into the crash barriers on the right, rolling before coming to rest in a mangled heap. Darren was concerned for George’s condition, but thankfully the driver emerged from his badly damaged car, visibly shaken'

1 - I think Turner hit him!

2 - I don't call getting out of a smashed up car laughing and smiling being shaken up haha.

But yes it was defintly Turner involved in the somersaulting car incident!

lol that always seemed to be happening i guess just hitting a tyreless barrier made it interesting...then oil on the track at the end sealed it off for the race...

Where do I start, this was my second favourite BTCC meeting after the Race of Masters in 2004

The atmosphere was second to none, and to be able to really let SEAT Sport UK know that we were supporting them was ace.

I'm really glad we did something proactive, and thanks to Phil & everyone who who sorted out the BBQ - hopefully some reasonable cash raised.

Excellent patchy fog drive up in the Mazda, SEAT beany on, crap drive home - far too many people on the road.

All in all, well worth seeing them off - Motorsport will suck a little more with y'all not there

I do believe Miles and Ken may have some rather decent 'mid-accident' shots.

My dads got some decent pics of a few of the race cars. Will get them uploaded at some point.

What a great day, was rather sad at the end to say goodbye to SeatSport UK @ BTCC, after so many great races. excelletn organisation of parking passes as ever, so thanks to Mark and Mark for that. :)

That honda intergra was the best crash ive actually seen myself, so was a bit of a highlight too :)

Was memorable at the end when the team came out to say fairwell to the best fans in BTCC!

Just finished counting and the final total is £222.42 to be shared equally between 'Help For Heroes' and the R.N.L.I. A big thank you must go to all of the Barmy Army for the catering and to Olaf for the sale of air horn's.

Have to say this was one of the best SCN represented rounds of BTCC I've attended in the last 3 years! (just a shame it will be the last supporting SEAT Sport UK).

Thanks to every one for your support today.
