Brake part needed

Hi everyone i'm new on here but could really do with some help.
Basically i've got an 02 plate ibiza cupra 20vt. The brake pads were low so decided to change them. Only to find that one of the floating pins had seized in the carrier. After a few ways trying to free it, it snapped off. :(
Eventually i managed to get the pin out.
Anyway, i need a floating pin or if not the carrier for the o/s/f?
Motor factors dont do them and genuine only do the whole carrier at £80 which is alot when i only need the pin.
Also this pin is very common on VAG group vehicles.
Scrappys dont wanna know either.
Hope someone can help me

mate, they do sell the pins seperately. There was a thread on here a week back or so, and it spoke about how the hayne's (sorry don't know how its spelled) manual for the polo, which is the same as the MK3, advised to buy new pins every time you remove the calliper/carrier!
So I would go down to VW and have a ask around there.

IF they are the same as the mk2/3 pins then get some ford ones that are available easy enough and seperate

FORD part number - F6141154 (pack of 2) £8.00 + vat roughly (inc grease)

I have four sets of the above pins (mk2 gti), brand new from ford and boxed, which I dont need.

If you want one pm me and you can have a set for £8 inc postage etc.
