Boosting noise

when im accelarating then change gear with high revs i here a screach/high pitched wistle coming from the engine bay

No mods to engine... the noise doesnt happen all the time.
any suggestions??

does it sound like the RE-DV?

whats RE-DV ?

do you mean recirculating dump valve or have you changed to an after market one?
