Well after a long time with this fault i finally found out what was causing my boost to drop as soon as it was becoming under load........ it was my induction kit!
would never of thought this would cause the boost issue, but after seeing the state of my filter i could see that it would off been struggerling to breath efficiantly, as when i holded it up to the light i couldnt see any light getting through-only a little bit where it was still clean, the filter had rusted on all the mesh due to been it the wing... so now has been relocated to the engine bay with new filter.....
