Boost Gauge - What do you use?

by the way Moff, is your car remapped at all

just one thing i have experienced before with a cheap boost gauge was it was ok as standard, but as soon as it was mapped, and pushing about 20psi, it needle rattled and vibrated like mad!

yes mate mapped and no probs with readings either, they are cheap in price but accurate to, more value than there worth.

Is it just a case of tapping wires then? Do you know anythink about oil Pressure?? Would it be good to have?

well most ppl opt for temp i know a few have gone for pressure but that is a bit of effort type in oil pressure gauge in the search button that'll come up with a few things i went for temp as you'd be surprised how long it actually takes for the oil to warm up, just cos the temp gauge in the car says engine is warm doesnt mean the oil is and its no good booting a car with cold oil etc

looks a bit odd then? lol

when you get it through BCM, put the black surround on that'll help seeing during bright day my mates didnt have it and you could tell the difference.

and look above and previos you'll see wiring guides and fitting guides to

Munchos thanks for the links Raf...all that info more that pays for those Wind Deflectors!!!

I'll have a look at yours gauges on Saturday, shall be ordering all my stuff by the end of the week, and then playing with the fitting instructions that you've linked to.
