Bonnet raisers?

I think that is what they are called and im sure you know what im on about they go up the end of the bonnet near the windscreen and raise it a little for a more aggressive look im sure they are totaly chavy, have no real purpose and just a waste if time but i like them and was wondering where i could get some? any links appreciated

I know what ur on about u see jap cars like civics and celeicas and sx200s with them. they rase the rear of the bonnet about an inch or two.

Tobehonest I ain't seen any Ibiza or know of any one with them you would have to find a site what sells them and see if they sell for your car.

A lot of people will slate you on this site for having them if u do get them but thy will be unique too u and if u like them who cares what people say its just like I like certin eye brows fitted to cars most people don't.

Good look finding them if u do make sure u post pics

It used to be rs turbos that ran them to help with cooling.
They just used to used blocks or washers.

Thanks for the replys guys and im sure there would be alot of slating if i do this but personal tastes and what not, i will give it a go with washers i just looked at the bonnet and there seems to be two bolts either side should i put washers on the top one or the one underneath if you get what i mean haha thanks

Use a couple of thick washers, not loads of thin ones, you will probably need longer bolts as well and get someone to help you get the bonnet lined up correctly again when refitting it.

Not really to my taste but if you want to then I say go for it

im not a fan of it myself but post pics up once you have done it.
i want to see if it makes the mk4 ibiza look like its been in an accident like it does all the others cars ive seen this on.
