Hi

I know this thread was few times already, but I don't like the lifters from local tuning shops. Some people wrote they are not the best, especially in winter time.

do you know which orryginal VW group lift will fit mk3 ? I think about using only one but stronger.

and I want BLACK!

cheers,
peter.

pretty sure theres no straight forward fitment from another car sorry dude

which is quite a shame cos my mates Golf uses just a single very strong one to fully lift the bonnet...and its black and doesnt rust

those 2nd ones look right to me but cant be sure untill u try to fit them as only a certain year polo is right

so dont buy unless u can return
if theyr the right ones, theyr easy to fit

yeah they changed the model from 1995 on

so its like mk4 polo >95 is the one u need
as the mk5 polo 95> is not the same

mk4:

I am confused. I think they changed the model in 1994. I can buy lifters for Ibiza, but they are silver. I asked for black and they don't have. But they have for polo 6N (mk5), polo 6N was made from 94-99:

99- then was polo 6N2 which had one from the factory on board:

so the chose is between INXX for polo 94-99 or oryginal VW for polo 99-

k ur confusin me too
as i said " they changed the model FROM 1995 on"

ok now, that first pic isnt a mk4 polo
and the 3rd pic is a mk5 i think which is the later model

look at this link for the model line up
http://www.clubpolo.co.uk/gallery/

u definitly DONT want the later polo ones as i bought them from a show stand and they were the wong fitment. so i sent them back and got the pre 95 kit instead

only one kit will fit straight on to a mk3 ibiza/cordy
