bonnet bra

A few on here might remember me saying i was getting bonett bra from another car and trign ti on the cupra.
well here are the first pics, straight out of the box with no alterations, iy was just a quick fit as it was dark,


i will be altering it slightly to pull it in abit more in the middle.
and i'm in two minds now where to have the bonnett extended to fill the bra in the corners over the headlight and then have some eyebrows cut down to fit over the edge of the indicator to match. or have the bonnett bra altered.

i did it for edition 38 last year and personally i think it looks gash, i have a altered mk4 polo bra for sale if any1 is intrested,

yeah its mk 4 polo one, cant really tuck them under as its got aseam and an edging trim. i might tuck it under to see how it looks then take another pic. if not i might get the bonnett extended.

couldn't you just cut the corners to shape and restitch it? doesnt seem like it would be too much effort.

I was going to do this last year but im not sure now, i have SO many other things i need for her it would be last on my list if i still went to do it!

I need something to cover up the bottle scratch i have on my bonnet

the bodywork route would be easier for me as its in there now for all the body mods and full hit.
not too sure on it shaped around the lights i'll see what mood i'm in tommorrow as to whether it gets exteneded or altered.

im not sure wether im too keen on it, i see the point of them but you'll still end up having the bumper resprayed when stones start attacking that. Are you still limited with how long you can leave it on the bonnet?

errrr NO! lol......Im just not too keen on them at all really, dunno wether they'll grow on me but until then its a no no from im afraid.
