hi, i have a mk1 seat leon and i was wondering what the actual book price for it is.

also, where can i find the kit that will allow my leon to look like the cupra sport version,

any help will be greatfull.

By 'Cupra Sport' do you mean Cupra or Cupra R?

There are 'kits' sold on eBay but I think most people on here agree they are all fibreglass rubbish that will crack at the first pot hole. Genuine parts being the only way to go.

Agreed, Fibre Glass Skirts, fitted with care are acceptable, Fibre Glass Bumpers..............AVOID, AVOID, AVOID, one tap, and they crack

Can you buy new Cupra R bumpers? I imginae they cost alot if you would.

Bit sad so many people waiting for others to write their Cupra R off so they can get the bumpers! :-(

Brand new bumpers, about 300 quid each, then you gotta get them sprayed

You'll also need different spots and top grills, arch liner extensions, bumper guides etc etc

This is inaccurate, I have owned fibreglass bumpers and driven over all types of road, none cracked at all.

I think he means a bump (tap) from another car. They dont crack on their own.

To the OP buy the glasses guide. It should give you a good idea on price

Yeah tapping cars is a regular occurance... if you are a noob driver

If you have a collision then a crack in the bumper is the least of your worries I'd imagine

I did mean impacts, even slight ones. OEM bumpers are ABS plastic, and have a lot of give in them, GRP (Fibreglass) copies have little give and can be quite brittle
