Blue smoke on cold starts only after car been not driven for a while, on first revs a little smoke then nothing at all runs perfect not smoking while driving.
It doesnt matter the weather if cold or warm it still smokes on first start.
New glow plugs injector seals no errors on vcds.
What it could be??

Mine is doing the same at just over 200K miles. But the smoke is getting heavier now. The most common cause I believe is the piston rings. There are other causes but can't remember what they are. Whatever the cause it normally means removing the head.
Hopefully you've had it fixed by now.
