Bkd cold start issue

Hi David, yeah it's just so random, I was even toying with the idea of poor quality fuel, I put some biocide in a few weeks back, I'm now thinking of adding a few doses of diesel conditioner, a bit more cetane, but maybe it's just something I have to live with? It's never failed to start and the new starter is defo helping the situation just hadn't cured it, I was thinking maybe air getting in? Or fuel waxing? I don't know, the trouble is the problem is so random and un obvious. Everything is sweet, so maybe just live with it.
