that kinder what am gunna do i already moved the spots out so i can get more cold air in am not gonner move the fillter down near the spot light i dont wana suck up water am just gonner move it near the were the standers cold air feed was, i dint have a cold air feed in but i took it out cose it was rubbing on all the pipes i dint want that so i riped it out
why not go all out and move the filter down to behind the bumper and remove the fogs for more air in
i would be worried you would suck up a lot of water?
i used the tray from the front i cut it down the bottam off and scrwed it down soled then i had to drill a drain hole in the bottam so if it leaks it wont rot my boot floor away the in side i silyconed the tray so it sealed the in side so it will drain down the hold to the road i am gunna put some grease on the hole as well to stop it rusting but i have not done that yet will do soon u gotter fuse it as well just in cace the wire earths on the body of the car (mine hase not at the mo cose i need a 80 amp and all i can get is a 60amp and thay blow wen tuning the engine on so i gotter be cair full) ok mateyHave you used a battery tray or anything, or just taken the front setup and put it in the boot?
i know what you mean with have it low down my frend got a ztec s with a puma lump in it and his is down near the spot light and wen the weather is cr*p it missers and cuts power so he has to be care full ov big ass puddles, my frend how is an engine bullder say if he gose in a big puddle it will lift the head off the block so am sticking haveing it hi lolits where they put them on supercharger conversion on the VR6 engine and my friend has never sucked up water with his chargered VR

Seriously though, if your filter is that low, then don't go through deep puddles
