autometer guages

i am looking for guages and decided on the ultra lite from autometer.

i am goin to get oil pressure, but there is 2 available - an electrical one and another one??


anyone help?

electrical one, i think the other type you had to bring and oil feed pipe into the car, vewry messy if it goes wrong.

If you fit Autometer gauges replace the standard bulbs with red leds to help it match the rest of the dashboard at night. I have just fitted an oil temp gauge and boost gauge into a Cupra R centre console with red leds etc looks good. Have pictures is you like.

just arrived this morning, the facia's are slver i think, i thought they were white... oh well they looks smart as fcuk!

not looking forward to fitting the oil pressure guage/sender etc tho

normad pillar is 72!

guages came to 112 i think... i got autometer ones!

Autometer Gauges

Hi Guys,

Picked up my Cupra this afternoon and it has two autometer gauges, boost and oil temp. The boost is all plumbed in etc but the oil temp is'nt, the wiring is all in place and it just needs the sender fitting.....does anyone have a how to or can give me some direction...

I got mine from REX MARINE in the US fairly cheap.

LED's are normal side light type. NED SIDELIGHTS!

ned sideslight bulbs, halfords should sell them then! lol


there is a blanking plug on the oil filter housing, i think thats wot is ment to be used... not 100% sure tho!
