yeh, and lets face it - they never work.
Have fitted dealer stickypads several times (ok not seat but other manufacturers) and all fallen off.
Just like my damn ali tax disc holder - the pads fall off after about 9months of staying on dammit!

Or if you use the good stuff like autogalss they melt the bloody stalk as they did in my mums yaris!
Went for a look in the car park and it looks as if the leon is a one section stalk so this is a no go for me! Will have another look at mine tonight tho

I've got in on my FR and the rain sensor its a complete unit, I've just seen a gold one for sale and it looks similar. You could spary it matt black!!

I am led to believe that auto-dimming mirrors retail at around £130. Quite a lot for a mirror really :S
I would avoid it now. Looking at how the mirror is mounted if you take it off its likely to end up in your lap from then on!

Love to know how he's making money on these! looks easy to fit, just need to frind a scraped out toyota for the windscreen mount! this one just slides on to it.
went for a toyota one instead of vag! it's black, looks great, more functional,its brand new and easier to hide wires etc! (plus for the price, job done. luckly the toyota lot ain't into modding much, so its easier and cheaper to get hold of!

Easy get a black one from A3 without rainsensor then find two of three wires which are + and - (open mirror if brave and look on pcb) connect to wires you used for W8 light or run from fuse panel ie down A pillar. Old mirror just twists off a button bonded onto screen, new one line it up where old fell off and twist back to straight! Jobs a good un'!!! looks good works well, noo dazzle, esp if you fit blue tinted side mirror glass from Mk4 golf if you have old style Leon mirrors! Button can be bonded back on if your a bit hamfisted, glue from helfrauds.

Err well I got it at local breakers covered in bird S**t, let me take it away for a fiver! Wife wouldnt let it in the house. LOL
You dont re stick anything at all. There is nothing to stick. The bit that looks like its attatched to the screen isnt, its actually attached to another small plastic clip and its just twists off of it and then back onto it when your done.
