They look nice. The beam pattern is good too. I want them on my baby :)

ps - Rob .. i'm going to black out the chrome stuff in the headlights next time i take them to bits ( bloody fogging lol) and make them look a bit less 'bling' as i don't like it either ;)

I'm keeping the angel eyes though, i still like the look :p[/QUOTE]

Thats what i did when i made mine, blacked out all the chrome, but i got rid of one set of angel eyes leaving the outer ones with them. i sort of like them so thought leave one set on and take one off.

hmmm undecided about these lights, think they could look really good or really bad, but i think they wouldn't look so out of place on a car like a Leon as apposed to a Fiesta or Saxo.

would like to see black R8 lights on a clean black mk1 leon.

literally no headlights beat the standard units.

SEAT got so many things right with the Leon.

Oh yes yes, I was merely speaking on a design point ;)

Functionality, aye, they're not the best. Looks, oh aye.

Sorry but the light emitted from the oe units is crap, the light design is good but needs upgrading to projectors/hids just to see where you are going at night. ;)

you dont need the hids or projectors to get decent light from the OEM units.
i think if you just fit a decent bulb like the osram night breaker plus, and get the light aligned correct, then you have ok nice light on the road.
with that said i also miss the projectors of my old car, and have been looking at maybe buying those lights here, okay i know its not dayline design (R8):
