green ones usually get quoted as 440cc injectors but this guys ones are 380cc..

440's would be a little too big on sub 300bhp.
consider LCR type sized injectors for better control when mapping.

would u not be better with a VNT type turbo , surely by the time this bugger spools up , all the revs would be out of the diesel ,

I have been talking to Simon cooper at central vw and he doesn't seem to think so. None VNT turbos are still very popular in America on diesel drag cars so i thought i might give it a go and see what happens. Going to try a range of turbos and maps to try and find out which works best in different situations eg drag,fast road,peak power etc. When i finally get my car back from the body shop that is.:(

AM04 is direct bolt on, we designed it that way, It able to use stock ic pipes, stock downpipe, stock oil/water lines, Only thing needing to change is the Turbo inlet pipe (for silicone one or similar) you also have to do this with K03s

Mike, will the normal Mk4 tip be ok with the AM04? And would you reccomend using the big bore mani or will be the stock one be 'ok' initially.

Any pics of either of the mani or the AM04, very interested tbh. Hit me on messenger if you want.

mk4? dont u mean mk3? I personally fitted a Leon Cupra R Samco tip with no issues, As for the forge one (ibiza) It depends on how flexible the silicone is. Since had my own ALU one made/fitted

I ran mine with stock manni initially on the power chart above.... Uprated manni is in the persuit of more power

I do have pics of the New manni, reluctant to post too much at the minute until its fitted with results as people tend to flame otherwise (from past experience and proved them wrong)

There was lots of info of the AM04 when it was first fitted 15mths ago and when it was mapped 6 mths ago but thread has since dissapeared, I will ask moderators to see if it can be revived, if not i will post pics in am motorsport - AM04 Section with dyno

Sorry mike, i meant the golf mk4 tip from samco which i have.

Looking very good so far tho. Will have to start saving now. lol.

oh, dunno, its about 3-4ml bigger than the k03s and the k03s is 2-3ml bigger than k03, so about a 5-7ml increase, if its heated up and lubricated could prolly been squeezed on, managed to get a 2.25" samco on 2.5" alu pipe with persuasion lol

Would my car run OK on the revo software do you think with AM04 bolted on? and which pressure reg do you need 3 or 4 bar?
