Bummer Matt! Hope you can come up with an affordable solution.
I do agree with you though. Having stared at it for several weeks, the exhaust manifold is the key to a good BT install and ATP's manifolds aren't the answer.

I have had no luck with JBS as they no longer have any cast manifolds.
I hope i can find something soon as my GT2X is now fitted on another car and isn't mine anymore and i dont have the standard manifold or turbo to put it back on the road.
But not looking good, JBS's Equal length is £ 1010 delivered so might sell some stuff to try and raise cash if nothing else comes up.
I have a set of 5 OZ seat sport super T's in satin black i can sell.
The ATP T25 flanged mani ( will fit golfs' leons i think )
Aquamist 1S kit with race pump
Xbox 360 with 6 good games

Sorry to hear this Matt. have you considered changing your set up such as selling the tubby on and going IHI as the ihi tubby and mani can be bought for aprox £1000. You'd have to change injectors too but it would keep you on budget.
Nothing is straight forward these days, when SIE had his jbs equal legth mani fitted they had to clock his compressor so be sure it will fit exactly before you order it.
Your right nothing is ever straight forward.

tried a custom exhaust place? I know powerblow etc wont have the skills to do it but try calling prospeed exhausts in cardiff - charlie, the owner taught all the franchised dealers the ropes, the guys skills with fabrication are limitless, might be able to fab you something that'll do the job nicely, and if your worried about his quality, dont - hes by far the best out there imho, up there with hayword and scott.

Give Meercat custom exhausts in irvine a phone mate, they did the exhaust/intercooler set up on the 8sec skyline (the guy cowie) and are regarded one of the best in britain

hey Matt, have you looked on the Backdraft motor sport website. They are forum sponsors and use a cast manifold as part of their BT kit. I think its the same flange as yours but sits the turbo on top of it i think. see what you think.
Matt, are you after a t25 flanged one?
I believe AET Turbos in Wakefield do a cast one for the 1.8T I think it's the same style as your other on though.
