arm rest

just wondering if any of you have put in centre arm rests in the front, ive been finking about it for a while but all ive found are rubish universal ones, untill i was the the motor show 2day in london and i saw one of these.......

proper leather comes with a bracket that fits to the ibiza its got internal storage and its height and length adjustable, only problem is u have to put 4 screws into the centre console but i would imagine unless your buying another mark 4 ibiza you may aswell leave it in the car........


so what do you think?

I have one of those and its brilliant, there are some photos of it around somewhere too. Only problems with it are: - People try to lean on it and push the selves out of the car, it makes the hand brake inaccessible (though i hardly use it my self just leave the car in gear when stopped) It does look very OEM and my mum remarked on my FR having a nice arm rest and my old Sport didn't when she described the new car to my Dad lol

Looks right even though it's under the Mk5 section the ones listed for the Mk4 looked all wrong...

^^^^^^ That one is for the mk5 ibiza so wonte fit in the mk4. This is the one for the mk4 but you need to finde someone to import it to the uk http://www.seat.com/com/generator/su/com/newIbiza/site/accessories/interior/Armrest/main.html

I've got one in mine and iirc I got it from ebay (not one of those ones though^^^^). This is the one I got clicky or off ebay clicky

Neither of those clickies work!

The link you posted of the Mk4 ones are probably the correct part#'s yet it's squared off look is all wrong it should be like the one in the Mk5 link I posted earlier... Might try a breakers as the armrest it self is the same as in a Mk4 Golf yet the mounting hardware & colour may vary!!!

Looked at the part#'s across the VAG line & they seemed other than colour & fabric/leather options to be the same for nearly all PQ34(A4) Mk4-Golf series of cousins the same!!!

Dont know about the Ibiza but the MK4 golf nor the Polo DOES NOT fit the fabia without serious modification i.e. cutting stuff, drilling and making brakets/

I got an armrest off ebay for my Fabia from a seller called "Botecdesign" cost me £50

i think im gona order the one that i posted up in my first thread, looked pretty good, and is gonna take lyterally 5 minutes to fit it, bit expensive but hey ho isnt everything these days!.......

They have gon up a little from when I got one.
