Are you familiar with OBDTuning company?

HI All,

My workshop doctor suggests me to go with the engine tuning made by some company called OBDTuning (this is their site http://www.obdtuning.de/indexframe.asp)

Did anyone try to map the engine with this sort of tool ?

What is it you are looking for? Tuning or Diagnostics?
They offer a lot of stuff, just to get an idea of what to look for.

Re-map the engine to get some power. They claim to gain me around 225HP !! My concern is that it may harm my engine, Iam not sure that FR's motor can handle so much power ... I dont know: injectors, temperature .. and etc ..

Im running on 98 octane number.

Do you think 225HP sounds reasonable? Do I have to add some more things to my engine in order to prevent some sort of damage or something ..

its seems like a lot from just a remap,
Are there not any other tuners available where you are?
You'd be able to run that on standard parts - i think!
But i don't think many tuners do that on a standard remap only.

Will check another options as well, may be I will find out other vendors for remapping, however this particular workshop offers also an open air-filter with engine re-map, maybe they consider this offering as a tuning package ... will talk to them again ..

Just hope that it wont burn my motor !!
