no point having **** tyres full stop.

they are your only contact point with the road. with the winter coming, the roads are getting greasier and greasier. i suspect the last thing you want is to understeer into a kerb

It's a bit late now but I love the TOYO T1-R. I had a very bad aquaplaning experience a couple of years ago in the pitch black where I couldn't see the water on the road, I was doing 50mph in a 70mph zone and ended up drifting my car around the bend on the wrong side of the road. The car gripped when it was most crutial and sent me on my way in a straight line. My suspension was braced and stiffened but as others have said before, that doesn't matter, it was the rubber that saved me (and in another unrelated situation :p...sorry).

If you watched the hole drift on film, it probably would have looked quite cool until you saw my face just waiting for a massive smash.

Amatures, i like it. After the first ten minutes i was abit concerned to what was being done, thought theyd damage me wim or somethin. They were doin some truck tyres when i got there, put them on no probs. They were stumped, so didnt give up, but after an hour i said bung the spare on, il go. Haha
