So what would you choose and why?

Apr as it's diaphragm and responds better/faster

That's what I was thinking too Lee but being Stage 2 would the different springs in the Forge be better to adjust the DV.... I'm guessing the APR cannot be adjusted?

That's where my thoughts are at so I'm 50/50 lol!!

R1 4 years and counting and thats running BT 320bhp/320lbs. (1.5bar)

havn't tried the 008 but prefer diaphram over piston... faster and no servicing needed. :)

Ah thats nice to know it operates with BT builds running big power with no need to swap springs like the forge dvs! What dv did you have previously and is the APR louder or quiter?

Ive run the baileys recirc which would stick when working hard, the 007p which seemed to throw leak codes and needed servicing every 8-10months. The oem valve which seems fine and as said the R1.

They all produce the same volume as its really the cone filter that makes the noise. Without the cone im not sure which would be louder. :)

If you do opt for the forge use the softest spring you can get away with. The dv needs to react quickly but not abruptly.
