Apple Music Service not available error in infotainment media

HI All,

Apple music service in infotainment system does not let me log in, the message I get is 'apple music not available, please try again' , Tidal works fine. It should let you to enter you username and password . Apple Music does not connect.

Located in -- Media -> Source -> Online Media-> Apple Music

I got Data bundle purchased as well.

Any Idea how to fix this ?

It’s been like this for more than a month, it usually lasted a few days maybe a week, but this time the error just doesn’t end. Luckily I’m managing it using Tidal instead (it’s included in the package of my internet provider). Outage of this kind should be at least acknowledged by Cupra and we should get some kind of discount on the Cupra app service.

I am still not able to login to online services it has been 2 years , anyone knows what is the problem ?
