It was links to Tapatalk uploads so unsure, I need to get to fifteen worthwhile posts to be given special privileges. Not sure this counts ;-)

Are you able to post links of your pics?

Hit reply on the last post without writing anything the boot carpet is a bit "in your face" but I figured 1. It was only £6.50 and 2. You can spot anything that shouldn't be there on it. At the end of the day I can clean it or bin it and I still have the rubber tray like new underneath.

Goes well with the car colour plus like you say, cheap enough to ditch/replace :)

Need some of these up front as well http://www.ebay.co.uk/itm/new-genui...933763?hash=item1c609c3343:g:afEAAOSw2s1Ux9I9

I'm sure the orange would work with Alor blue 8-p

But as I say, well pleased as you're never quite sure what the quality is going to be like when you order online.

+1 for Alor Blue. Pics online really don't do it justice compared to in the flesh. I get so many comments about this colour compared to any other car I've had- and all good!

Unusually i saw one in each colour yesterday afternoon one after the other, on the way home from work (still light).

I think it will come down to how much you want to stand out. The Apollo Blue FR i was behind too be far IMO looked pretty dull BUT it was grubby. The Alor FR on the other hand also dirty stood out a mile on the A27 for a far distance.

Would have been good to have a happy medium like the Speed Blue, but of the 2 Alor would be my choice. ;)

I'm an Alor owner (although I was convinced it was Azur), and would like to second what Nautix has said above... Pics don't do it justice compared to in the flesh, and I'm constantly given comments about how amazing the colour is.
Totally depends on personal preference though, you'll love it whatever you choose to go for ☺

Save your money, Emocion Red is the colour ;-) Add the comfort pack with the saving...

I got Emocion Red because some woman beat me to the only other one in stock which was Lima Green. Found that mine had the comfort pack, and a real spare wheel plus I'd negotiated £100 off due to missing out on metallic. So feeling much better at getting the "cheap" colour. Result.

Oh and if there was Apollo or Alor as only colours available I'd take Apollo, ...classier. Then the fight started.

Lol I can assure you I'm not a woman

Did you just buy the one from Motorpoint a couple of weeks back?

Yeh it was. I spotted one of your posts regarding import from Malta and thought aha that's got to be the sister/brother to mine. Good choice mate both looked nice. Wanted to pm you but I noticed you can't as a new member.

Out of interest did you get the comfort pack and the space saver steel spare?

I had enquired about the car before Christmas asking about a price for my trade in, but when they didn't get back I followed it up a couple of weeks into new year. I had quote set against the Lima Green one and had been sent the link around lunchtime on the Saturday. Then an hour later when I'd decided to do the deal, the link went to "this page doesn't exist". I then swithered until the Thursday and eventually did deal on the red.

Another thing, did you get locking wheel nuts? The box was ticked on form, and I was told in glove box, but they weren't there. I queried to be told that the imports don't have them. Obviously no thieves on the continent?! I'm currently scouring eBay/Amazon for a set. I'll let you know if I find a set and if they're any good. If you've not got mats, check out the ones I got, great deal.

To Rhinooneshot, also when I called to queried car being gone they told me a woman had bought it?! Must be a psychological trick to appeal to your bravado and make you buy the other one...

Ah right, yes I also had my eyes on them both before Christmas and me and the wife decided to test drive it on the Saturday like you said. I noticed the red one had sold a week later and thought blimey that was quick. It came with comfort pack, spare wheel, tech pack with sat nav. Alcantra seats. Both cars were exactly the same spec wise was my understanding.

As for the locking wheel nuts your right that they didn't come with any at all. I also had to call motor point to get clarification so I ended up buying them from the seat dealers for 64.99 inc fitting and caps. May seem a bit pricey but at the end of the day I don't want the insurance company to question aftermarket nuts. (They probably wouldn't I'm just paranoid) lol. I did this a week after picking up the car. I Also wanted them to see if they had it on the database which it was, also to check for recalls but none showing and to sort out my service schedule.

I Bought my rubber mats from premiere products. Yours do look good, I actually like your boot mat. I'm just using my old blue boot cover for now.

Anyway hope your enjoying your fr as much as I am

No they were not lying to you although it's a good trick to use lol. My wife initially paid the deposit so it was reserved in her name. Sorry for high jacking the thread guys.

I'm not tempted at £64.99, that's mental! I think I'll see what I can find online. Need to get protector caps too, got the tool to remove them which seems strange for them to not be there. Once you've posted enough I'll send you a link to my FB page if you want. I'm also looking for mud flaps, not keen on self tapping idea so if anyone knows of best set to get for FR III then I'm all ears. Noted that there is no green carpet, yellow may work with the green?

Love the car, still on first tank of fuel but will probably need to visit the pump by end of week.

Went for the Apollo, now I am wondering if I made the right decision, not sure if the lines of the car will show properly.

Both the blue colours are good. I prefer the alor but both look good! I wouldn't worry about the lines I'm sure in the sun it will still look stunning!
