Just received my Apexi airfilter from ebay.
I'm very surprised. Looks really good and read some good things about it. It's a dry filter so i think it should be ok for the maf. Anyone has one of these on his Ibiza?

Found a nice test to.

Hmm, actually that guy isn't that cheap

28 pound for filter
12 pound for adaptor
22 pound for shipment

62 pound altogether and maybe you get charged for taxes to.

I think i paid a fair price. 110 euro delivered to my door!:D

Dunno yet might keep the butchered tin for summer but just leave it open during the winter months. Even sitting in traffic today on the way to work max inlet temp was 12 deg C!!

can we please have some photos of the apexi fitted.
Is the adapter fitted to the back of the filter the right size for a 70mm MAF or did you need a reducer?

Does it sound good?

I got an ACT gauge, cheap thing from Courtenay Sport but i don't think they sell them any more it is pretty temperamental, saying that it was very accurate when i tested it against UKAS calibrated PRT's in a temperature bath. I don't think the standard sensor in the manifold is up to much as it seems to read 6 deg C too high even at start up.

Just slid it underneath the the samco before the TB.
