aorsa cruise control

hello all
does anybody have any idea which if any cruise control stalk will retro fit onto a seat arosa. the car is a 1.4 tdi 2001

It's not just the stalk that needs to be altered; its the wiring loom, the ECU and it needs to have the necessary sensors.

I have check the ecu and it is able to have cruise enabled using vag-com i was enquring if i was able to use a stalk from another model of car as i am not sure if the cruise control was an optin on this model arosa i think the sensors are fitted, as a check i was told to rev to 2000 rpm and hold, apply the foot brake and the engine revs drop to around 1200 rpm which it did therefore i am asuming that the car is drive by wire

Theres a page on the internet somewhere about fitting cruise control to an Arosa - it needs the ECU option that you found, and some fancy wiring.

Have a look on Google, I can't remember where it was....
