Anyone with interference since fitting HIDS?

I was thinking, if it is drawing the power from the battery is it a- safe and b will it drain the battery as the power will constantly be supplied to the hid ballasts etc.

just fitted the harness and dont think its made any difference to the interference, will be driving it work in a bit so will see how it goes but at the moment :-( strange how what works on one car never seems to work on mine lol hey ho.

I have had hids4u for months with no interferance but as of yesterday when I fitted the audio booster now I get interferance? Any ideas?

I spoke to my dad about the interference I was getting after I had bought the loom, it can be being transmitted through the wiring harness or could be air born. Got my little battery powered radio, turned it on outside the car signal was good put inside the car with the lights on and it lost signal completely and if I put it near the ballasts I lose signal as well on it so you might want to try that before you buy the harness.

Yeah they are universal they replace the lead with spades at one end and the other that goes into the ballast.
Just upgraded mine to 55W 4300k and used the same loom

why the change , did you have 6k last time ,
think the 4300k is a more oem yellow/white isnt it

was toying with them or 6k , went fot the 6 in the end , and are really bright

sure i read here that the loom makes it a little more brighter /crisper - did i read correctly
