i no but the flow will be great the standed 1 is very restrictive compared to the new 1.

Yes wayne i had to cut the battery tray a bit will get a pic up for you soon mate, was i tight fit, forge could of designed it to a better fit tbh. and yes the standard map pipe is very restrictive if you look inside.

did you cut the plastic bit liam or the metal bracket that holds the battery in place.

just cut the plastic bit but there is metal inside that, havent had time to fit the battery bracket and nut back on yet needs cutting bout 10mm off too.

so both needs doing then? what did you use mini grinder?.

yea both would need it, i used a hacksaw did it with the bumper and headlight out so easily accessible, i still have things to do to it, need the tidy the headlight wires up, batt bracket back on and change the map sensor screws. When i turned the car on after i fitted the fmic i got a misfire and car didnt run very well scanned it and a misfire fault code and this one.

Is this something to do with the map sensor?

i cut it on sat.
maybe the map sensor being told these are very fragile so dont no mate.

i started this craze man ha ha ha... remeber at gti internationals when i was beating everythink in the yellow one, what a day...!!!! 1/4 runs next year mate cant wait
