Another knocking noise

Went out before and noticed a clonk type of noise when lifting the clutch up sharply or lifting off the accelerator quickly or if accelerating the depress the clutch.

Im thinking it could be the exhaust, its already blowing by the flexi section and think it could be related if not it just getting worse

havent u had the car up on ramps yet to see what it could be?

i had this on a previous car and it was exhaust best thing to do get under and give it all a good shake and see if the noise sounds the same as basically it only sounds like its happening when you boot it lol

Cant get it on my drive on ramps as its too low, may try and do it at the weekend with some blocks
