Didnt you remove a lot of the parts to get the red FR back to standard?

I just wondered if you sold any of the parts that you took off?

i take it you did not peg your gear stick and you moved the gearbox arm before linking it up and then adjusted the cable ?

Hi fella, sorry newbie here!

Looking at a De-DPF an 08 PD170 Leon FR and its seems you have been there done that. I think I'm right in saying the big sea animal company are the ones to go to? Understand you had some problems with the code from another company?

Almost a shame the FR went! Looked excellent!

Thanks in advance.

Didnt really have any problems with JBS coding just that they advertised it as 240bhp and in reality it made 200bhp

Sh.ark are good but if you want anything over 215bhp without super amounts of smoke then you need to get a different turbo and then RS Tuning are the people to see for tuning then

i can also say go to the place under the sea if its for a standard dpf off and tune that will make around the 210 - 215 mark

any more than this and you are rly pushing the duration on the injectotrs and are goin to be running very very high egt

my next mod for even more power is a custom built turbo ther will not be another like it in the world

and also a set of 60% over injectors

should get to around 270bhp and mayb 285+bhp with water/meth

Yeah gonna contact the place under the sea and RS. My only concern really is the injectors!

I wanna make it that bit special - run a bike as well so going up to 270 brake isn't overly necessary for me! Would be epic though! What suspension you running? Someone suggested KW Variant 1 coilovers but it's already running the Eibach springs and they corner pretty damn well enough.

bigger injectors are goin to be very exspensive you need a full set of the latest injectors and they cost around £250 per injector X4 and then its 850 euros for the nozzles to be installed on those injectors

im just on a cheap set of coilovers i bought a set of koni coilovers on my last car and this cheap set feels just as good

only cheap jom £200 for teh full set carnt go wrong to be fair

Yeah definitely not getting into spending that sort of money! It's already had the VAG recall/replacement injectors so they should be fine for up to 220-230 i reckon. Be happy with 210-215 from the DPF, cat-back and remap though.

Probably stick with just the springs for now tbh, consider some coilovers if it doesnt feel up to it later.

The 216 map Sh.ark gave me was good, The Stage2+ map that made 228 was alot better but was far to smokey for road use.
