Amex coil overs

Evening all,
Thinking about lowering the car.
Not sure about coil overs or springs , I'm on a budget so was initially thinking of Amex coil overs on euro for about 170...
Anyone got any reviews or advice ,

If your not going to track the car then just get lowering springs if you are then I have stance+ not had any issues with them but the ride is a bit stiff but any budget coilovers will be

How many miles has your current suspension covered?

The likes of the Amax and Stance kits are cheap for a reason so a lot will depend on what your expectations are from the kit.

Surely you can get shorter springs with the same spring rate as std? Ride should be unaffected.
