Ambient lighting

I've bought a 2024 v1 1.5 design edition.
It has ambient lighting in the doors but not the wraparound, even though the LED strips are visible. The gent at Cupra said that it could be recoded to activate the wraparounds. How do I do this or are there people out there that can?

There's likely nothing there to activate... VWAG aren't really in the habit of fitting parts that haven't been paid for/aren't in use
