Hi,
some of you may already have these codes, however i thought for those who havent, id like to help...
this is the info i purchased off ebay,

Your Audi Climate Control Console has a diagnostic code that can enable you to access your digitally displayed speed, in kmph by pressing certain buttons in a certain manner.

To access your actual speed display, just follow these simple procedures:

1. Make sure that the car is started.
2. Press, and keep pressed the Re-circulation button, and then at the same time press the upward pointing arrow next to the re-circulation button.
3. Your Climate Control screen will change to a different mode displaying ‘1c’.
4. Use the Temperature Control (+) button to go up in sequence to display code ‘17’. (or in some models it may be ’18’)
5. Press the Re-circulation button again once and the code will be activated and it will begin to show the digital speed in kmph.
6. If you go past 99kmph, it does not show the hundred on some vehicles, but just shows the last two digits. Eg. For 127kmph, it will show 27.
7. To go back to your normal climate control mode, just press the Economy button, or switch the ignition off.

the following are also values you can access through the module, just select the number, i.e, 17c on climate control screen will be your digital speed, 27c will be your digital rev counter...

Accessing On-Board Diagnostic codes
Press and hold the recirculation button. Then press the manual flow control up arrow. You should see a 1c. Press the temperature up ("+") or down ("-") buttons to select a code number. Then press the recirculation button again. The value should display. Press the temperature up or down button again to display another code.
NOTE: Air Flow Motor (V 71) and Potentiometer (G 113) are not installed in USA/Canada vehicles. Disregard values displayed for these components.
