Allards EGR Pipe

Yeah, they dont fit the PD engine. I had my EGR off and the blank was too small. Said on the invoice it was for a 1.8T

Spoke to Forge and they said it is the only available blank too

A just got the allard kit. Simple to fit, took five minutes, looks cool, and gets totally rid of the nasty nasty valve.
Emissions light comes on then goes off, then comes on kinda does what it wants. I'll get it remapped soon so it stays off.

The kit is expensive, but at £65 its actually not that bad, although it is just a pipe. I would suggest though that you buy the full pipe kit and the EGR, its about £250 all in and replaces all the boost pipes and clips so you don't leak boost all the time.

Can you make up a silicon hose to replace the one going into the intercooler to include the some way of amking a sound connection as this is a problem hose on the leon tdi 150. It just does not seal very well at all.
Just so there is no confusion, its the hose located in the driver wheel arch which connects to the inetrcooler and the aluminium pipe.
Please let us know.
