Yeah, I had a similar problem with mine. It's annoying as hell. I had to turn the alarm off completely for it to stop. It was a risk at night, but that's all I could do to stop the sound. Try closing all of the doors and the boot properly. Mainly the boot. Give it a hard shut, though. In worst case scenario, take it back to the dealers and they'll fix it for you. That's what I had to do and they ordered me a new alarm system or something along those lines. Hope this helps.

Lucky you! hahaha, we only get 2 yrs, which is why Seat doesn't sell that much in the DR. most of the competition offer 3 and 4 yrs. But meh, the Leon is worth it =D

Check ALL the early threads with [alarm / sensor] - early build Leons had this problem - my daughters was off the road for 8wks think the fault was tracked down to a bad batch of n/s door sensors - the dealership should have the latest Seat fault tables by now??!!. Good luck and DON'T be fobbed off either

The alarm has current sensing and vibration sensing as well as internal volumetric sensors. At least by disabling these the OP may be able to rule these out as causing the fault!

took the car to the garage 2day.
seems the problem was a faulty ecu!! had to have a new part ordered in. the ecu controls the alarms and the computer system, plus a few interior bit accordin to the mechanic i spoke to. the original fault i found was a faulty interior light, which then led to the ecu failing.
so if u have similar prob, best get in touch with the garage
