Alarm and indicators flashing ??

Hi.. looking for some advice

My LCR has been in the bodyshop after somebody ran into the back of me.

Thankfully it was quite minor.

I had to have a new bumper.. a new metal impact bar that`s behind the bumper and 2 new number plate lights.

There was no other damage at all.

I picked it back up yesterday.

My problem is that before it went in to the bodyshop the indicators used to flash when I set my alarm/lock the doors.. now they don`t

The indicators flash when it is switched off/unlock doors and the little led on the drivers door flashes when it is set.

Is there anything that the bodyshop would of had to remove/disable, with regards to the alarm, to carry out these repairs ??

They definitely used to flash prior to going into the bodyshop.

Maybe they have forgotten to reconnect a sensor somewhere possibly ??

Any help would be great...

Do the hazard lights work? all around?

Can these functions with indicators etc not be adjusted with vagcom? They may have reverted back if the battery was removed......

you can off and on the indicator function the car arms and disarms, but dont think by disconnecting the battery will disable it

The boot wasn`t shut properly
