Alana radio VS mp3 cd

hi just a quick question. dose the standard alana cd player play data cds/ mp3 cds?

Only if it is the MP3 Version, you can tell as on the unit it says MP3 above CD slot, if not they no it will not play MP3 / Data CD's

as said there are 2 versions,look at the top right of the unit and it will say mp3.

wanted to keep mine standard but needed to play mp3s so got a mp3 version of the alana off ebay.

Another question is if u by an Alana that says mp3 would this have the aux button, if so goes that mean all I will need is an aux lead ? As I want to be able to play mp3 CDs and have an aux lead cheers?
