Chances are you'll need something like this.

Not sure which head unit you have at the moment but VAG have a habit of using connectors unique to them.
You'll need to have ISO type connectors on the end of the harness to fit the new head unit.

Re the removal keys, I bought a universal set from Halfords. Less than a fiver!

A few questions at a local ICE dealer should sort things out.
The Alpine looks like a nice head unit though. Are you going to change the speakers?

Regards Guy.

OK. Just check out the link in my other post.
I've just seen your other thread which appears to be about much the same thing but with more interest. ;)
Suggest you carry on there.

Regards Guy.

you dont need any extra loom for an arosa , you can get away with sorting the wiring if your headunit comes with a decent wiring loom on the back . basically the constant live and the ignition feed on the loom ( the red and the yellow wires ) need to be crossed over so one half of the wire is red and the other is yellow and vice versa , i done a how to on it on CL

Pop into street stereo near princess park, they will be able to sort out some keys for you. I went in after I got my head unit flattered my eyelids and borrowed some removal keys for a few minutes :D
